"STERGIDIS S.A." is present in the distribution industry of truck spare parts for more than 35 years. It was 1986 when Dimitrios Stergidis set the foundations, having a vision of a large scale company distributing parts from all the major aftermarket manufacturers. The company has shown excellent progress and is now considered as one of the most qualified in the market of Volvo spare parts for trucks.
The company was originally based in Nea Ionia, Thessaloniki. At first, the distribution network was mostly serving local customers, quickly expanding to the rest of the country and beyond borders.
After 15 years of operation, the company changed its legal form and was transferred to Sakis and George Stergidis. It managed to be established throughout the Greek market while starting its first commercial activities in Europe. 5000 sq.m facilities of property were bought in 2016 and the company moved to a new building the following year.
In 2019, new conditions lead the board of directors to the decision of a change in company's legal form which finally becomes Anonymous Society (S.A.)
Αll these years the company is in close co-operation with major manufacturers in the field of parts: Bosch, Diesel Technic, SLP, Dayco, Euroricambi, Lemforder, ZF Group, Dinex, Omp, Vernet, Wabco, Knorr Bremse, Timken, Trucklite, Vignal, TitanX, Sachs, Delphi, Hella, Kongsberg, Mekra, Dana Group, Sanden, Meritor and others. As a consequence, the company can offer a wide variety of quality aftermarket parts for trucks, buses, Penta & V.C.E at low prices and special discounts.
The investment program that we apply is firstly based on developing a wide distribution network and secondly to the commercial promotion of all our new spare parts.
